Sales services are : negotiation/agreement and perform a contract

When you decided on the house, you start in the phase of negotiation and agreement, where you fill in a buy-proposal, by our assistance, a document that could contain some terms o restrictions to be execute.

Our company require a fee of 3% + VAT of the price of the sale agreement

When the parts get an agreement of the different terms, we start to write a pre-contract.

Then, when all the conditions and terms are suitable for the parts (money is right, building is finished and so on..), they perform the contract in front a Notary (in Italy) so the buyer become the owner of the house.
